Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI adoption and digital transformation to improve productivity, reduce costs, automate processes, and create business value.
- Identify opportunities to apply Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, RPA, and automation across business functions.
- Ensure digital solutions are secure, scalable, practical, and aligned with business objectives.
- Lead ERP implementation projects, from planning and implementation to user coordination and post-launch support.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for system improvement and digitalization.
- Provide technology and system solutions to support business decision-making and operational needs.
- Troubleshoot system and user issues while maintaining internal IT systems, software, and applications.
- Analyze requirements and develop solutions through system analysis, software development, and SDLC.
- Drive process optimization and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Managing Director.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in IT, Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, AI, Automation, or related areas.
- 2–3 years of hands-on AI implementation experience is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, ERP, or industrial environments is an advantage.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and/or digital transformation projects.
- Strong experience in software development, system design, databases, IT infrastructure, and business process analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
