Overview
Digital Manager will be in charge of a combination of core technology and cutting-edge solutions for physicians, patients, and other members of our ecosystem. Over the number of digital projects implemented, a major emphasis will be placed on value creation and return on investment.
Responsibilities
- Hold full accountability for Vietnam’s digital technologies; digital in this case refers to technologies that are used to support engagement with our external stakeholders (doctors, patients, governments, etc.)
- Take the lead in upskilling the business on digital concepts, technologies, and best practices
- Ensure the business takes a long-term approach to digital initiatives, including advertising, technology updates, and future content-planning
- Enable a greater visibility within the business on digital analytics and value generated
- Provide strategic input to commercial and medical teams within Vietnam, with a focus on digital uplift and innovation
- Develop a short-term plan and long-term roadmap to deliver business success through digital for the market
- Coordinate with Vietnam’s Head of IT and the Asia digital lead to ensure alignment of global and regional initiatives and strategy
- Ensure business satisfaction of digital is high, based on regular engagement surveys with the commercial/medical teams and leadership
Qualification
- Proven experience in the development and launch of digital (marketing) initiatives
- Deep experience in understanding (external) customer journeys and designing new customer experiences
- Entrepreneur, with a proactive mindset with excellent business awareness and understanding
- Excellent team-working skills (especially in a culturally diverse, demanding environment) and a willingness to get alongside issues, provide clear direction and drive results
- Strong track record of delivering Digital solutions with clear outcome metrics
- Ability to develop and create compelling business cases to promote new technologies and outcomes to the business
- Strong communication and influencing skills
Preferred qualification
- Sophisticated working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases
- Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and find opportunities for improvement
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences (Desirable)
- Degree or relevant business qualification
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical or similar industry
- Experience in developing partnerships with the digital and startup ecosystems
- Experience managing teams, with excellent team-working skills (especially in a culturally diverse
environment) and a willingness to get alongside issues, provide clear direction, and drive results - Ability to Identify and deliver POCs of innovative technology solutions
- A leader within Pharmaceutical thought leadership networks and organizations

- Business / functional representatives within the Marketing Company (Commercial & Medical)
- Any other local innovation or digital staff
- Internal technical teams such as the GTC team
