We are partnering with a leading developer to seek an experienced Design Management Director who will drive design excellence across large-scale, high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of design schedules across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with overall development timelines.
- Oversee end-to-end design delivery, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to approved plans.
- Proactively manage and optimize design strategies to address evolving project needs.
- Act as the key decision-maker in resolving complex design and coordination challenges.
- Build and lead a high-performing architectural team while fostering innovation and adopting advanced design technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, planning) to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles within architectural design.
- Proven track record in reputable design consultancies or large-scale developers.
- Strong design vision with deep technical expertise.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Fluent in English.
