Key Responsibilities
Business & Operational Leadership
- Translate company strategy into actionable operational plans and priorities.
- Oversee overall operational performance and execution across Vietnam.
- Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, service quality, and cost management.
- Work closely with senior management on business planning and long-term operational development.
Manufacturing Operations
- Lead manufacturing operations across multiple sites.
- Ensure stable production, operational efficiency, quality, and business continuity.
- Establish KPIs and management systems to monitor operational performance.
- Resolve key operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Supply Chain & Logistics
- Manage end-to-end supply chain and logistics, including planning, warehousing, distribution, transportation, and delivery.
- Optimize resources, inventory, capacity, and transportation costs.
- Ensure product availability and timely customer delivery.
- Improve planning processes and overall supply chain performance.
Operational Excellence & Transformation
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and organizational efficiency.
- Standardize processes and management practices across locations.
- Drive automation, digital transformation, and data-driven performance management.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Safety, Quality & Compliance
- Ensure operations comply with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
- Strengthen safety and quality standards across operations.
- Monitor operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction and service reliability.
Organization & People Leadership
- Lead and develop management teams across multiple locations.
- Strengthen organizational capabilities to support business growth.
- Develop succession plans and build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and organizational change.
Senior Stakeholder Management
- Foster collaboration across Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, Engineering, Finance, HR, and other functions.
- Maintain alignment with senior management on key business priorities.
- Lead strategic and cross-functional initiatives across the organization.
- Ensure consistent execution across different locations in Vietnam.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification is an advantage.
Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in large-scale manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
- Proven experience managing complex operations across multiple sites or locations.
- Strong background in operational improvement, transformation, productivity, and cost optimization.
- Experience leading large teams and developing middle and senior management capabilities.
- Previous experience as Operations Director, Production Director, COO, Deputy General Director, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and large frontline workforces.
- Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead organization-wide initiatives.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Vietnam.
