Position Objective
The Deputy CEO supports the CEO in managing, overseeing, and developing the company’s overall operations. This role directly leads Finance & Accounting, Legal, Human Resources & Administration, and oversees subsidiary governance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Management & Operations
-
Assist the CEO in directing and supervising day-to-day performance of supporting functions (Finance, HR & Administration, Legal), ensuring streamlined and efficient operations.

Participate in formulating and executing the company’s mid- and long-term development strategies in alignment with group direction.

Ensure corporate governance systems comply with legal regulations, internal policies, and modern governance standards.
2. Financial & Investment Management
-
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial risk control.

Evaluate capital efficiency, investment proposals, and M&A plans for subsidiaries/projects.

Manage the company’s capital contributions in subsidiaries as assigned by the CEO.
3. Subsidiary Supervision & Performance Optimization

Develop governance frameworks and performance monitoring systems for subsidiaries.

Lead restructuring initiatives, optimize operations, and promote synergy across entities to build sustainable competitive advantages.
4. Systems & Operational Governance
-
Establish and implement corporate governance systems, internal processes, and procedures.

Oversee legal affairs, administrative functions, and office operations.

Represent senior leadership in working with government authorities, financial institutions, and strategic partners domestically and internationally.
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Experience & Expertise
-
At least 5 years in senior executive roles (Deputy CEO, COO, CFO, etc.) within large corporations or groups.

Proven track record in multi-functional leadership: Finance & Investment, Operations, HR, Subsidiary Governance.

Experience in capital management for subsidiaries, corporate restructuring, or M&A.

Strong knowledge in infrastructure investment, industrial zones, industrial real estate, or corporate finance.
2. Preferred Backgrounds

Priority for candidates with experience in:

State-owned economic groups, listed companies, corporations post-state divestment, SCIC, or holding company structures.

Core sectors such as infrastructure, real estate, or industrial real estate.

Strategic thinking and corporate governance mindset.

Strong leadership in execution, financial management, and risk control.

Ability to build systems and lead organizational transformation.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management with government bodies, partners, and financial institutions.
4. Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Investment, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
