Job Summary:
We're looking for a Data Engineer to support our international credit business. You'll develop and manage high-quality data assets to improve credit decisions and risk management. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovative, data-driven credit solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data R&D efforts to support credit analysis, risk modeling, and data labeling.
- Design scalable data architectures and models that enhance credit business workflows.
- Ensure solutions meet privacy and data security regulations.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and risk teams to build secure, efficient data processes.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in big data engineering, with the ability to lead projects in specific domains.
- Proficient in data modeling, with strong skills in tools like Hadoop, Hive, Spark, or MaxCompute.
- Deep knowledge of OLAP engines (ClickHouse, Presto, Hologres) and distributed databases.
- Hands-on experience with real-time data processing (Flink, Storm, Spark Streaming).
- Strong grasp of data quality, governance, and building scalable data solutions.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English, and comfortable working with global teams.
- Familiarity with credit systems (e.g., credit scoring, risk assessment). International credit experience is a plus.
- A problem-solver with a growth mindset, team spirit, and willingness to take on challenges.
