Responsibilities:

Secure technology from design through ORAT (and into operations).

Design security standards and protocols for IT/OT.
-
IT/OT asset inventory, baseline configs, patch/vulnerability cadence.

Build SOC playbooks; run red/blue exercises before SAT and pre-opening.

Pen-testing and cyber controls for in-house build and vendor solutions.
-
Coordinate with national cyber regulators.
Outcomes/KPIs:
- Cyber tests pass; policy exceptions; MTTD/MTTR targets; patching SLAs.
Profile:
- 10+ years IT/OT security; ICS protocols; incident response; regulator engagement (can be a vendor secondment to start with).
