Customer Success Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Drive rapid onboarding and effective adoption of the Persefoni platform for key clients, ensuring they quickly see tangible value from the partnership.
    • Serve as the primary post-sale contact, overseeing the entire customer lifecycle, creating success roadmaps, and maintaining clear, consistent communication.
    • Deliver guidance, training, and best practices to help customers maximize their use of the Persefoni product.
    • Proactively monitor customer health, identify potential risks, and lead the development of mitigation or resolution plans throughout the year.
    • Build strong customer advocates by engaging satisfied clients in activities such as reference calls, case studies, webinars, and content contributions.
    • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Solution Architecture, Marketing, and senior leadership to surface and support upsell or expansion opportunities.
    • Contribute to smooth renewal cycles by coordinating timely invoicing, and managing any development or product enhancement needs tied to customer retention.

    Qualifications 

    • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally within a SaaS environment.
    • Proven track record engaging with senior executives (C-suite / SVP) in strategic discussions.
    • Hands-on experience hosting executive business reviews.
    • Background in ESG, sustainability performance, or environmental consulting is advantageous.
    • Skilled in delivering technical training and driving product adoption.
    • Strong presence on calls and video meetings—professional, energetic, engaging, and confident.
    • Thrives in a fast-moving, globally distributed work environment.
