Location: Northern province (with daily shuttle bus from Hanoi)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the customer service department.
 - Respond promptly to customer service issues.
 - Develop effective procedures, policies, and standards for customer service.
 - Establish goals to achieve customer satisfaction and assign tasks to team members to meet these goals (evaluate the annual CSI of the company).
 - Assess service quality and prepare detailed reports for management.
 - Train customer service staff and support staff.
 - Create annual customer service enhancement programs.
 - Manage the department's budget.
 
Qualifications:
- College/University graduate in relevant fields.
 - Proven experience in managing customer service department.
 - Experience in the F&B and hospitality sector is preferred.
 - Quick-witted, excellent communication skills.
 - Good communication in English.
