Country Sales Manager (Malaysia)

    Responsibilities:

    The position seeks professional Country Sales Manager who can build a significant loyal customer base and manage relationship to exceed customer expectations.

    • Oversee the creation of regional or national sales strategy. Excellent knowledge of the Malaysian market.
    • Strong managerial qualities and the capacity to lead by example
    • Plan and coordinate prospecting goals and strategies.
    • Manage appropriate market business planning and associated initiatives. Develop new business by mastering cold calling and sales techniques.
    • Identify target markets and assist in developing a sales/delivery plan.
    • Responsible for qualifying prospects, understanding pain points, and managing the sales process from start to finish.
    • Accountable for successfully managing the Company's customers' needs in order to accomplish the objectives of overall company plans and strategy.
    • As appropriate, manage sales demos and schedule status meetings.
    • Stay current on market and industry developments, rivals, and cutting-edge customer tactics.
    • Regularly report on sales success and collaborate with colleagues to address difficulties.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication and corporate presentation skills
    • Fluency in English and local lingua franca for the region
    • Understanding of CRM systems and client expectations
    • In-depth knowledge of verticals, purchasing cycles, and competition.

    Good to have:

    • CRM selling experience
    • Knowledge of Microsoft, Seibel, and Salesforce CRM systems
    • BFSI industry experience
