Job description
- Manage sales and marketing activities to meet corporate revenue targets.
- Create and implement a strategic sales plan that expands customer base while maintaining strong presence.
- In charge of sales representative recruiting, goal setting, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Evaluate the performance of the sales team and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist sales representatives with their assigned duties.
- Respond to customer complaints as soon as possible.
- Create new sales techniques to help company grow and profit.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by collaborating and understanding their needs.
- Respond to customer inquiries about the products and services provided.
- Identify potential customers and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company's brand at sales meetings and trade shows.
- Assist customers in making product selections based on their needs and specifications.
- Identify sales strategies and revenue-boosting opportunities.
- Assess current sales processes and make recommendations for improvements.
