Responsibilities
Country Sales Manager are required to build a large loyal customer base and manage relationships to exceed customer expectations.
- In charge of driving regional or national sales strategies. Excellent market knowledge in Vietnam.
- Strong managerial skills and able to lead by example
- Plan and coordinate prospecting goals and strategies.
- Manage market business planning and strategies. Develop new business by mastering cold calling and sales techniques.
- Identify target markets and assist in developing a sales/delivery strategy.
- Responsible for qualifying prospects, understanding pain points, and managing the sales process from start to finish.
- Accountable for successfully managing customers' needs in order to meet overall business plans and strategies objectives.
- As needed, manage sales demos and coordinate status meetings.
- Stay updated on market and industry trends, competitors, and cutting-edge customer strategies.
- Regularly report on sales progress and collaborate with peers to overcome obstacles.
- Create and deliver sales presentations on behalf of the company; comprehend and articulate the value proposition clearly.
Job requirements
- Excellent communication and corporate presentation skills are required.
- English fluency and regional lingua franca
- Knowledge of CRM tools and customer expectations
- FSI experience
