Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth: Drive market expansion, unlock new revenue streams, and strengthen local presence.
- Strategy & Execution: Design and implement business plans aligned with regional goals and market insights.
- Team Leadership: Build, coach, and lead a high-performing team to meet KPIs and foster a culture of excellence.
- P&L Ownership: Lead financial planning, cost control, and ensure profitability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong ties with clients, partners, regulators, and internal teams.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure full regulatory compliance and proactively manage business risks.
- Reporting: Deliver regular performance updates to regional/global leadership, using data for strategic decisions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s in Business or related field
- 10+ years in management, including 2+ years as Country/Regional Manager in a multinational environment
- Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and market development capabilities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Industry background in building materials, construction, or insulation is a major plus
- Fluent English
