Key Responsibilities
Institutional Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, industry associations, training providers, and ecosystem partners across the Education sector.
- Engage with school leaders, training managers, student affairs teams, and other key stakeholders to identify collaboration opportunities.
- Develop and nurture long-term partnerships that support mutual business growth and industry engagement.
Business Developmet
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding the needs and priorities of educational institutions and corporate partners.
- Manage the end-to-end business development process, including prospecting, relationship building, proposal development, commercial negotiation, and contract execution.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of partnership initiatives and maximize partner satisfaction.
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with institutional partners and key accounts to encourage long-term collaboration.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships through additional commercial or branding initiatives.
- Monitor partnership performance and contribute to individual and team revenue targets.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Institutional Partnerships, Corporate Relations, Sales, or Account Management.
- Experience working with educational institutions, EdTech companies, training providers, education service organizations, or related industries is highly preferred.
- An established network with school principals, academic leaders, student affairs departments, education partners, learning solution providers, or career development organizations is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of the education sector, including enrollment cycles, institutional branding priorities, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers professionally.
- Professional proficiency in English.
