Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to the Institution's strategic plans and decisions led by the President and actively participate as a member of the Executive team to accomplish the Institution's objectives.
- Establish and maintain a sustainable business model for the University, ensuring long-term financial stability, driving revenue and profit growth through the implementation of educational programs and innovative business solutions. Additionally, actively seek out potential business development opportunities to expand the Institution's reach.
- Develop an effective management system that aligns with international and national quality standards for the educational programs offered by the Institution.
- Identify and address significant, complex, and sensitive issues pertaining to the Institution's daily operations. Apply innovative and evidence-based solutions, taking into account academic implications and the necessity for transparency.
Requirements:
- A master‘s degree or higher in finance.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of directly related experience in financial and operational management positions. Leadership experience in comparable higher education institutions.
- Demonstrated competency in designing business models, financial planning, driving revenue and profit growth
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
