Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations from Cut to Ship, ensuring smooth and efficient production.
- Manage Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Material Warehouse, Finished Goods Warehouse, R&D, QA, Technical, and related functions.
- Develop production plans, optimize capacity utilization, and ensure on-time delivery (OTD).
- Drive operational excellence through process improvement, KPI management, and 6S implementation.
- Monitor inventory, material consumption, and ERP data accuracy to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely material availability and order fulfillment.
- Ensure finished goods, shipment, and operational reports are accurate and submitted on time.
- Lead, coach, and develop the operations team to achieve business objectives, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in indoor and/or outdoor furniture manufacturing.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end manufacturing operations from Cut to Ship.
- Strong leadership experience managing Production, Planning, Material Warehouse, Finished Goods Warehouse, R&D, Quality Assurance, Technical, and other operational functions.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, ERP systems, Lean Manufacturing, KPI management, and 6S.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and team performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
