Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise utilities construction projects for industrial estate development from planning to completion.
- Oversee water supply, wastewater, electrical, utility networks, and supporting infrastructure.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, contractors, and site activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Review engineering drawings, BOQs, contracts, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with engineering/MEP teams, consultants, contractors, QA/QC, and utility providers.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Resolve technical and site issues affecting quality, cost, and schedule.
- Ensure compliance with technical, safety, environmental, and company standards.
- Implement quality and risk management and provide regular project updates to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in utilities, MEP, or construction project management, including 4+ years in management.
- Experience in industrial estates, utilities, MEP, or large-scale projects (500+ Ha).
- Strong knowledge of utility systems, construction, project scheduling, and contractor management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- High integrity with a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- PMP or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Willing to be based in Subang, West Java.
