Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise infrastructure construction projects for industrial estate development from planning to completion.
- Oversee roads, drainage, bridges, earthworks, retaining structures, and other civil infrastructure.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, contractors, and site activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Review engineering drawings, BOQs, contracts, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with civil/structural engineers, consultants, QA/QC, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with approved designs.
- Monitor site progress, construction quality, work methods, and resource utilization.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, delays, constructability concerns, and project risks.
- Ensure compliance with technical, safety, environmental, and company standards.
- Implement quality and risk management procedures and provide regular progress reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in civil/infrastructure construction, including 4+ years in management.
- Experience in industrial estates, roads, drainage, earthworks, or large-scale projects (500+ Ha).
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, infrastructure engineering, project scheduling, and cost control.
- Proven ability to manage contractors and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Proficient in construction administration and project documentation.
- High integrity with a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- PMP or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Willing to be based in Subang, West Java.
