Main tasks
- Handle customer questions and orders, make price quotes, and process orders for products or services.
- Ensure that the process from the offer phase to the final payment is handled efficiently and effectively.
- Check the orders received from customers. Let them know about the order and make sure the price is fair.
- Do a good job of coordinating and making sure the people in charge at different locations work well together when handling complicated service offers and orders.
- Make sure everything works together and orders go through smoothly.
- Brief opportunities and risks related to orders and ensure to keep all important documents are updated in the SAP system.
Qualification
- Bachelor‘s degree in international business, economics, logistics, finance, or similar fields minimum.
- 3+ years of experience for MNC or FDI companies in heavy industry.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international law for purchasing, customs clearance, logistics procedures (shipping domestic and international), and other export-related works
- In-depth understanding of both the rules within Vietnam as well as other countries when buying and transporting goods.
- Intensive knowledge of shipping items both locally and globally in heavy industry.
- Upper independent English level
- Good convincing skill and result oriented
- Familiar with the SAP system
