Overview: This is a relocation role, ideal for a strong candidate ready to take on high-level ownership and lead a large-scale engineering team in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire technology organization, including software development, architecture, QA, DevOps, and data.
- Design and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business growth.
- Build and scale high-performing engineering teams (70+ members).
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to support product and business goals.
- Maintain high standards of system security, performance, and scalability.
- Foster a strong engineering culture focused on innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
- 3-4+ years in a CTO or similar executive tech leadership role.
- Experience managing engineering organizations of at least 70 people.
- Strong technical foundation in system architecture and product development.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Willing to relocate and work onsite.
