Position Description
- (25%) Responsible for building and deploying business strategies & actions plans in order to achieve customer growth and business goals of all business units under his/her responsibility nationwide, including but not limited to online & offline ELT and adjacencies activities (coding, tutoring, …);
- (20%) Ensuring best customer experience and efficient business operations. Building, standardizing, upgrading related policies, operations procedures, management systems and tools for all business units, online and offline, in respect of company culture and vision. Ensuring that all campuses are managed under same standards, which may be customized according to regional business characteristics, in compliance with company core principles and respective state regulations regarding education sector;
- (15%) Best costs management, including but not limited to staff cost, operations cost, selling cost,… in order to deliver P&L targets of all business units under his/her management;
- (10%) Upgrading and monitoring reporting system for on time business analysis & forecast, decisions making and proactive planning;
- (10%) Key role in corporate policies and procedures building, strategic decisions, company expansion projects such as campuses openings, new activities, M&A, partnership,…;
- (20%) Managing admission & students affairs and school service & compliance coordination teams based in back-office, regional operations directors & senior managers and related teams at all levels. Responsible for lean people structure and organization for best response to business and customer service requirements. Human resources management; proposal and deployment of people training, performance tracking and assessment, recognition programs that enable teams to deliver business targets. Implementation of programs for people development, talent pools, people engagement and corporate culture promotion.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experiences in sales/operations management in the education/ retail/ F&B industries with multi-sites structure management.
- A demonstrated excellent track record of sales and operations achievements.
- Excellent customer service mindset; Strong business acumen.
- Ability to interact with senior management team members.
- Ability to manage, coach, motivate and influence people.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to deliver sales skills training.
- Education : Bachelor/Master in business administration/ management
- Experience : At least 5 years of experience in sales/operations management
- Nationality : Vietnamese
- Attitude: Customer-oriented, results-oriented, can-do attitude, motivated by sales targets and indicators; rigorous, disciplined and methodological; initiative-spirited
- Language: Bilingual – speaks Vietnamese and English
