Overview:
We are assisting a global energy Group seeking a Vietnamese visionary CEO to lead renewable power business at international level.The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the company’s long-term growth strategy in power generation, managing large-scale investments, and driving partnerships across renewable, thermal, and energy storage sectors.
What You’ll Lead:
- Define and execute the company’s power and energy expansion roadmap.
- Oversee development, financing, and delivery of complex energy projects.
- Build trusted relationships with investors, EPC/OEM partners, and government stakeholders.
- Drive operational efficiency, innovation, and sustainability initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- 15+ years of leadership experience in energy or infrastructure.
- Proven success in managing thermal power and renewable portfolios.
- Strong financial, commercial, and strategic capabilities.
- Global mindset with experience engaging multinational partners and regulators.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business; MBA is a plus.
