Key Accountabilities:
- Prepare and oversee month-end financial closings and financial reporting in accordance with internal and external deadlines.
- Prepare monthly reporting packages under both Local GAAP (VAS) and IFRS for entities in scope, ensuring timely and accurate submission to Group headquarters.
- Provide timely, accurate reports, financial analysis, and reviews to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage core accounting functions including General Ledger, Treasury, Direct and Indirect Taxation (including Deferred Tax), and Project Accounting.
- Supervise and control Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Inventory, and Fixed Assets activities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls ensuring compliance with statutory, tax, and Group requirements.
- Deliver high-quality Statutory and IFRS financial statements, ensuring timely submission and audit readiness without affecting audit opinions.
- Support the preparation and submission of yearly and quarterly Tax Reports, in line with requirements from both Group and local tax authorities.
- Coordinate with internal audit teams and external auditors, participating in audit engagements and ensuring prompt resolution of findings.
- Supervise statutory reporting, VAT, CIT, and other tax-related filings in compliance with VAS and Ministry of Finance (MOF) regulations.
- Assist in developing and managing the company’s annual budget, aligning it with strategic business objectives.
- Leverage financial technologies and analytics tools to conduct forecasting, scenario modeling, and data-driven financial planning.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and reviews to support strategic decisions, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Chief Accountant Certificate holder

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within multinational corporations (manufacturing industry experience is a strong advantage)

Background in audit is preferable

Strong command of English (written and spoken)

In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and local tax regulations

Hands-on experience with SAP modules: FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), AA (Asset Accounting), MM (Materials Management)

Strong working knowledge of Oracle FCCS Consolidation module or similar financial consolidation tools

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
