About our client: Our client is world largest Solar PV Manufacturer, leading in innovative and massive productions for end-to-end fabrication and assembly of materials across the solar value chain. Inline with company's huge plans to create a complete ecosystem of Solar PV Manufacturing in India, we are looking for a senior professional, who can involve in operation for Cell & Module Manufacturing plant, based in Shanghai – China
Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring defined inline process quality, process parameters of cell line tools in production line.
- Root cause /FMEA / SPC / 7 QC tools analysis of process/Production/Quality Issues associated with Cell Production line
- Handling and Calibration of Cell Sorter and other measurement tools of Four Probe, EL, and Life time scanner, Core scan tester.
- Preparation of Process MIS and Analysis on CTQ Parameters and Cell performance.
- Handling and Calibration of Cell Sorter and other measurement tools of Four Probe, EL, and Life time scanner, Core scan tester.
- Ensuring SOP & WI to be followed in production line.
- On Job training to shop floor Operators for corrective actions of issues. Implementation of TQM Concept on Shop Floor like 5S.
Qualifications
- At least 15 years of solid experience in similar positions, preferably candidates from Tier-1 Solar Manufacturing companies in China.
- Basic Semiconductor Knowledge and Interest on learn/adaptation of New Solar Cell Technologies (PERC, Topcon, HJT). Should have hands-on exposure of Cell Manufacturing Vertical.
- Experienced in managing relationships with internal senior stakeholders.
- Should have very good exposure on Cell & Module Manufacturing operations at larger scale.
- Upgrade knowledge base to understand recent developments on module technology
