Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Discovery
- Conduct market and user research to identify customer needs, pain points, and product opportunities.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities aligned with business objectives.
- Design and optimize end-to-end workflows for international payment, FX, and settlement solutions.
- Work closely with Architecture, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure products meet regulatory and governance requirements.
Product Delivery
- Translate business needs into BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage the product backlog using Agile practices.
- Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality product solutions.
- Define business rules, exception handling, and operational scenarios for payment processing.
- Lead UAT and integration testing with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product releases.
- Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance product planning, requirements management, and delivery efficiency.
Product Operations & Enhancement
- Manage product configurations, pricing rules, routing logic, and operational parameters.
- Monitor product performance through data analysis and operational metrics to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Partner with Business, Technology, and Operations teams to resolve production issues and drive continuous product enhancements.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst in banking, financial services, or fintech.
- Experience delivering international payments, cross-border payment, or FX products is highly preferred.
- Strong English communication skills with experience working across regional or global stakeholders.
Knowledge & Skills
- Good understanding of international payments, FX, clearing, settlement, and correspondent banking concepts.
- Knowledge of financial messaging standards such as ISO 20022 and ISO 8583.
- Familiarity with AML/CFT, sanctions screening, FX regulations, and payment compliance.
- Strong Agile product management, backlog management, and business analysis capabilities.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve product development and analytics is a plus.
