Main Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Project Pipeline
- Drive the growth of project pipelines in the façade and condominium sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders including developers, architects, façade consultants, and contractors.
- Lead client meetings to understand project needs and technical specifications.
- Actively engage in large-scale residential and commercial projects from concept through to completion.
- Identify and pursue strategic project opportunities, aligning with ideal clients at optimal times.
- Oversee project budgeting and coordinate closely with both internal teams and external partners.
- Independently secure new business and achieve revenue goals.
- Clearly define project scope and proactively manage project timelines.
- Provide technical documentation such as drawings, specifications, schedules, and contacts for pricing and value engineering.
- Attend regular project meetings, either on-site or virtually.
2. Key Accounts & Project Delivery
- Collaborate with partners during the planning, cost estimation, and manufacturing phases.
- Coordinate with all project parties to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Track activities like material status, order revisions, batch planning, and critical deliveries.
- Prepare detailed project schedules for internal and client-facing use.
- Manage changes in project scope, deadlines, or budget using effective tools and risk controls.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance based on set KPIs and timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or Architecture.
- At least 5 years of experience in façades, windows/doors, or relevant construction sectors.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
- Experience with industrial system providers is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CAD knowledge is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Conversational English proficiency is required.
