Business Development Manager (Geosynthetics)

    Main Responsibilities 

    A, Customer relation:

    • Promotion of our geosynthetic products and solutions
    • Develop a network of clients
    • Strengthen our existing client relationship
    • Holding meetings with clients for technical explanations, clarifications

    B, Operations/ Coordination/ Schedule control:

    • Work with the technical team to prepare technical submission and work method statements
    • Prepare Purchase Order, BOQ, Cost Study, prepare Offer,
    • Negotiate term and condition of contracts under BU Manager authority
    • Submission of bid documents
    • Follow up requests from clients for tender purposes and for ongoing projects
    • Analyzing and always collecting the latest information regarding project tenders
    • Submit weekly progress reports to BU Manager and ensure data is accurate
    • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM (Saleforces).

    C, Marketing:

    • Join professional associations (geotechnical, construction, bridge and road,…) to develop our netwwork and to defend the Company interets
    • Participate in conferences, exhibitions…
    • Organize conferences, webinar with clients
    • Promotion of our activity in social medias
    • Update information on competitor, market 

    Requirements 

    A, General:

    • Male/Female
    • Education background in Construction/ Transportation engineering or related at bachelor degree level and above. Background in geotechnical is an advantage
    • Working experiences: 5-10 years of experience
    • Experience in design, preparing offer, negotiating and tendering field
    • Experience in construction project management
    • Work experience with one of the main geosythetic solution/product providers in Vietnam

    B, Competencies:

    • Good understanding about infrastructure system
    • Good culture and knowhow of the geosynthetic applications
    • Ability to use well Auto CAD, MS Offices, MS Project
    • English required: fluent
    • Good communication skill. Have a network and able to develop it
    • Dynamic, enthusiasm and passionate person
    • Hard working and self-motivated
    • High responsibility at work

    C, Having personal achievements or social activities is advantage
