Key Responsibilities:
- Define product strategy and roadmap to position the product as a top-tier management software in its category.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and design teams to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and alignment with customer needs.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to expand market presence, build go-to-market strategies, and achieve business growth objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market and customer research, stay informed on regulatory frameworks and industry trends, and identify new opportunities for product innovation.
- Continuously monitor user feedback, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to enhance the product’s performance and relevance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields from leading universities.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in market and customer research, data-driven decision-making, and business planning.
- Demonstrated ability to manage product lifecycles, from ideation to launch and optimization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Passionate about technology product development and leveraging digital solutions to improve organizational efficiency.
- Preferred: Experience as a Senior BA/PO/PM in software companies or auditing experience at Big4 firms.
- MBA degree is a plus.
