RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be in charge of starting, running, and growing a retail business.
- Take the lead in developing and implementing retail services and goods.
- Support the relevant teams in developing the policies needed to run the retail division (e.g., a broker/reemisier incentive policy).
- To be accountable for establishing a brand and gaining market share in retail.
REQUIREMENTS
- Having experience of direct establishment and development the securities retail business.
- Thorough understanding about business enviroment of retail services in Vietnam securities market.
- Having experience of operation the network of broker and remisier.
- Strong networking with other securities company.
- 05 years experience of operation the retail services in a large size Vietnam securities company.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- High level of English proficiency.
