Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying, persuading, and supporting target customers (agents).
 - Provide consulting and business strategy analysis for agents regarding products/services, promotions, and company discounts to increase revenue.
 - Maintain close relationships with customers, providing support in all transactions with the company to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
 - Implement business plans according to the company's strategy, ensuring the successful completion of sales targets and market development objectives.
 - Support agents in order checking, inventory control, and addressing customer inquiries.
 - Compile and submit regular reports to the Sales Manager. Coordinate with other departments (Marketing, Finance, etc.) on related tasks.
 
Requirements
- Graduated from college or higher, majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
 - 0-3 years of experience in a similar position is an advantage. Experience working with and developing business with B2B customers is preferred.
 - Knowledge of the building materials industry and the ability to quickly learn and understand new products.
 - Good communication skills and sensitivity in handling situations.
 - Proficient in MS Office tools.
 - Experience using CRM software and social media platforms.
 - Understanding marketing and digital marketing is an advantage.
 - Knowledge of business performance metrics and analytical tools.
 - Excellent sales, communication, negotiation, and bargaining skills.
 - Strong ability to gather information and report effectively.
