Assistant Sales Manager

    Duties / Responsibility

    • Active in researching new market segment/ able to summary overview/analysis market based on company’s service portfolio
    • Approaching new customers, developing new business with industrial/automation product lines strategies
    • Provide technical consult, support to customers by strong connection with global technical teams.
    • Collect and report on Salesforce software
    • Prepare quotations, monitor processing
    • Cooperate with other departments in production, quality and logistical contract negotiations.
    • Join business association to find potential market/ customer/ update economy news.
    • Monitoring and analysis of governmental and trade policies in strategics focused market
    • Research and build market intelligence for all competitive and alternative solution providers.

    Competences

    • Able to approach new market segments by using multichannel of searching/ finding new customer:
    • Internet, Linkin, AI, Event, Exhibitions, Association ….
    • Passion with technology innovation bring it to customers as solution.
    • Good communication with customers, representation of the company’s product, service and capabilities
    • Able to connect with global technical/ sales/ R&D team as support channel to make project finalize
    • Able to learn new technical / process

    Job Qualification

    Education

    • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering/Mechatronics/Material engineering/ Technical Engineering.

    Experience

    • Having experience in working with customer Manufacturing factory
    • Experience in industrial NPI (New Product Implementation) process and project management  within a global matrix organization
    • Experience in using CRM or Salesforce or other similar systems is strong plus
    • Have knowledge about manufacturing, understanding process of making mechanical parts/ Components.
    • Having knowledge about marketing & business development is strong Plus

    Communication

    • Strong communication and customer Service skills
    • Strong in networking to build relationships among an association
    • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
    • Ready to travel/ visiting customers to present company service independently
    • English work proficiency
