1. Key Responsibilities
- Research and develop Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) models to address cybersecurity challenges such as intrusion detection, malware analysis, and abnormal behavior recognition.
- Design, build, and deploy large-scale AI systems to process security data in real time.
- Optimize the performance and accuracy of AI models to ensure stable and efficient operations in production environments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into existing cybersecurity products and services.
- Continuously evaluate, test, and enhance algorithms to keep up with emerging cyber threats.
- Conduct research direction for the team; propose new research avenues and development roadmaps aligned with the organization’s technology strategy.
- Investigate and solve complex real-world problems; propose and experiment with innovative solutions.
- Prepare scientific papers related to research outcomes and participate in specialized conferences.
2. Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
- Professional Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of AI/ML/DL and common frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch; deep knowledge of cybersecurity, attack types, and security mechanisms.
- Ability to write academic papers and present, defend, or discuss research in technical forums.
- Strong analytical and experimental skills to assess solutions for real-world technical problems.
- Ability to lead research initiatives and guide team members in research or product development projects.
- Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in AI-related projects, especially in cybersecurity or similar domains.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in real-world cybersecurity projects.
- Professional certifications in security (e.g., CISSP, OSCP) or AI/ML (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure certificates).
- Experience with big data and related technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
- Publications, scientific papers, or contributions to open-source projects.
