Role Overview
You will play a key role in shaping the technological foundation behind company's next-generation data and AI systems. This position focuses on designing advanced architectures, conducting deep research, and leading the integration of multimodal AI into large-scale data platforms that power the SuperApp ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Define the strategic technology roadmap for Data platforms, including selecting suitable models, frameworks, and system architectures.

Conduct advanced research in cutting-edge AI domains (Speech, NLP, Computer Vision) and modern Data Systems.

Lead initiatives to combine multimodal AI techniques to enhance data processing and knowledge extraction.

Review technical designs, code, and research outputs to ensure world-class technical quality.

Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to integrate Data platforms into large-scale products.

Publish whitepapers, represent the team at conferences, and contribute thought leadership to the broader AI and data community.
Job Requirements
Qualifications

Master’s or PhD in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or related fields — or equivalent recognized research contributions.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying large-scale Data platforms.

Deep understanding of both Data platform architecture and AI technologies.

Proven leadership experience in research teams or major technology projects.

Proficient with major AI/Data frameworks and capable of performing system performance analysis.
